Sellza.ly is a product built and run by Mobit Solutions Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12806801), registered office Westminster Business Centre, Britannia Trading Estate, Printing House Lane, Hayes, Middlesex, UB3 1AP. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “Sellza.ly” all mean Mobit Solutions Limited.
This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or use the Sellza.ly service, why we collect it, and what choices you have. We've tried to write it in plain English rather than legal boilerplate — if anything is unclear, get in touch and we'll explain it properly.
Like almost every website, our servers log some technical details whenever you visit: your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, the pages you look at, and roughly how long you spend on them. We use this to keep the site secure, spot abuse, and understand how the site is used at a general level. We don't use it to identify you personally.
If you book a demo, create a Sellza.ly account, or contact us, you'll typically give us things like your name, work email, company name, and store URL. If you become a customer, we also process store and order data (for example product names, cart values, and shopper interactions) so that Sellza.ly's overlays, cart recovery, and upsells can actually work on your store.
We use a small number of cookies to remember basic preferences and to understand how visitors use this site (for example, which pages are popular). If you're a Sellza.ly customer, the Sellza.ly tag installed on your store may also set cookies needed for overlays and cart recovery to function — these are covered separately in your customer agreement, not this website policy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so may affect how parts of this site work.
We don't sell your information. We share it only where it's needed to run the service, for example with:
Any third party we work with is only allowed to use your information to provide the service to us, not for their own purposes.
We use reputable hosting and cloud providers, which may store data outside the UK, including in the European Economic Area or further afield. Where that happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, in line with UK data protection law.
We only keep personal data for as long as we need it. The specific timeframes for different types of data are set out in our Data Retention Policy.
Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to:
To use any of these rights, get in touch using the details at the bottom of this page. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data.
Sellza.ly is a business product aimed at online retailers, not children. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. There's no agreed industry standard for how sites should respond to it, so this site does not currently change its behaviour based on that signal.
If you opt in to hear from us, we'll only send you emails relevant to Sellza.ly, and every message includes a clear way to unsubscribe. We won't pass your contact details to anyone else for their own marketing.
This site links out to third-party tools we use, such as our calendar booking provider. Once you leave our site, their own privacy policy applies, not this one.
We may update this policy occasionally, for example if we change how the product works or the law changes. We'll update the “last updated” date at the top of this page whenever we do.
If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, the quickest way to reach us is to book a short call — we read every request personally.
